The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Green Home Floors (GHF) shipping information and policies:

    PRE ORDER SUGGESTIONS: 

    • Please order in advance of your need date. 
    • We sell only new, first quality materials that are generally considered in-stock.  
    • We offer free samples, so please be sure of your colors as returns are not allowed. 
    • Your orders are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. 
    • Please estimate your order carefully. We offer help to estimate quantities. 
    • You are responsible for ordering accurately. 
    • Delays in transit are beyond our control.  

    A GOOD DELIVERY EXPERIENCE: 

    • Please order in advance of your need date. 
    • Be sure the delivery address is correct and is accessible by a large delivery truck. 
    • To protect our customers that address may not be changed without an extra cost. 
    • You must provide the best daytime phone number to reach you.  
    • Expedited processing charges do not speed up time in transit. 
    • Expedited transit time must be quoted as an extra cost. 
    • We do not send tracking except for some expedited orders. 
    • Shipping times and methods vary because of the variety of products and warehouses used. 
    • Most orders under 120 lbs can ship by Fedex package and take 3 to 5 days. 
    • All other orders ship on a pallet and can take 5 to 14 days. 
    • We have no way to change or speed up transit once shipped. 

    RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY:

    • Most package deliveries by Fedex require a signature. 
    • Fedex or USPS delivery may be made with no signature required. Plan a safe place for delivery. 
    • Freight deliveries require the best phone number to reach you for a delivery appointment. 
    • All freight is tailboard, meaning you must unload it yourself. 
    • We do not authorize trucking companies to make inside deliveries without extra cost. 
    • The freight company may require an adult signature with proof of identity.

    INSPECTION & CLAIMS:

    • You must inspect, accept and sign for delivery of product with delivery agent present. 
    • You must also note any damage you see no matter what the driver says at the time of delivery. 
    • You have 72 hours after receipt to make a claim for concealed damage. 
    • If the product has been obviously repackaged somehow call us immediately. 
    • If more than a few boxes are damaged please refuse the entire delivery but call us at 844-356-6784
    • Flooring requires lot number matching and if out of stock can create a problem. 
    • We will require ONE photo of damaged product and packaging showing lot #'s to process a claim.
    • Any claims for damage must be made prior to beginning installation. 
    • We may also authorize an agent to visit and inspect the damaged materials.

    SALES TAX:

    • The purchaser understands that sales tax, if not included is not remitted for this sale and understands that end users may need to pay sales and use tax locally if appropriate.

  • Return Policy

  • Green Home Floors Cancellation Policy:

    Orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed. 

    We recommend that you estimate carefully and that you purchase enough. This is your responsibility. 

    We can not add or subtract from any order that has been placed.  

    Refusing to accept delivery of an order does not entitle you to a refund for that order. 

    Free samples are available. Please confirm your colors prior to ordering. 

    Green Home Floors Return Policy: 

    Manufacturer's restocking fees of 35% may apply to any returns.

    Installed or modified products are not returnable or subject to refund.

    All sales are final for all cut materials like roll goods. No exceptions. 

    We accept product returns up to 30 days from receipt provided all terms are met.

    You must arrange and pay to ship the product back to the factory and they must accept it as re-saleable.

    It is recommended that you insure your return shipment. 

    No product may be returned without a pre-arranged return goods authorization.

    Once the manufacturer provides GHF credit, we will provide your credit.  

    Damaged materials are not considered returns and are covered by GHF shipping policy.

  • SUITABILITY: 

    It is the customers responsibility to determine the suitability of a product to a particular purpose and area in a building and we suggest that they may choose to hire a design or installation professional to assist them. We do not provide these services for product sales, but give general advice with the final decision resting with the purchaser over whether to use or install the products. 

    VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
