Green Home Floors (GHF) shipping information, options and policies:

PRE ORDER SUGGESTIONS: 

  • Please order in advance of your need date. 
  • We sell only new, first quality materials that are generally considered in-stock.  
  • We offer free samples, so please be sure of your colors as returns are not allowed. 
  • Your orders are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. 
  • Please estimate your order carefully. We offer help to estimate quantities. 
  • You are responsible for ordering accurately. 
  • Delays in transit are beyond our control.  

A GOOD DELIVERY EXPERIENCE: 

  • Once again, please order in advance of your need date. 
  • Be sure the delivery address is correct and is accessible by a large delivery truck. 
  • To protect our customers that address may not be changed without an extra cost. 
  • You must provide the best daytime phone number to reach you.  
  • Expedited processing charges do not speed up time in transit. 
  • Expedited transit time must be quoted as an extra cost. 
  • We do not send tracking except for some expedited orders. 
  • Shipping times and methods vary because of the variety of products and warehouses used. 
  • Most orders under 120 lbs can ship by Fedex package and take 3 to 5 days. 
  • All other orders ship on a pallet and can take 5 to 14 days. 
  • We have no way to change or speed up transit once shipped. 

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY:

  • Most package deliveries by Fedex requrie a signature. 
  • Fedex or USPS delivery may be made with no signature required. Plan a safe place for delivery. 
  • Freight deliveries require the best phone number to reach you for a delivery appointment. 
  • All freight is tailboard, meaning you must unload it yourself. 
  • We do not authorize trucking companies to make inside deliveries without extra cost. 
  • The freight company may require an adult signature with proof of identity.

INSPECTION & CLAIMS:

  • You must inspect, accept and sign for delivery of product with delivery agent present. 
  • You must also note any damage you see no matter what the driver says at the time of delivery. 
  • You have 72 hours after receipt to make a claim for concealed damage. 
  • If the product has been obviously repackaged somehow call us immediately. 
  • If more than a few boxes are damaged please refuse the entire delivery but call us at 844-356-6784
  • Flooring requires lot number matching and if out of stock can create a problem. 
  • We will require ONE photo of damaged product and packaging showing lot #'s to process a claim.
  • Any claims for damage must be made prior to beginning installation. 
  • We may also authorize an agent to visit and inspect the damaged materials.

We hope you find these terms to be fair, as they have been refined to protect both your interests and ours so we can continue our tradition of bringing you linoleum flooring at the very lowest prices on the internet.

  •  All special, non-stock, and made-to-order materials may have longer lead times and/or minimum order quantity requirements. In most instances, a Non-Cancellation Agreement must be signed before production on specially made items commences. Please contact customer service for additional information on these materials.
  • Unless otherwise specified, standard shipments originating from and delivering within the contiguous U.S. & Canada, are shipped FOB destination, Freight Prepaid, according to the Uniform Commericial Code, §2-319.
